Here is my experience of this tremendous event. It has been wonderful. To feel like an important part of the mitigating solution to our climate crisis is very important to me. To be using our sun’s rays to generate electricity is magic and awe-inspiring. To have had the role of the solar coop in getting me to this point, which would have been overwhelming to me otherwise as well as so much hand-holding and explaining throughout the process by Rooftop employees is something I’m so grateful for it. And to feel that I have assisted in helping working people receive a decent wage and benefits for one of the more important causes in the world today is something that makes me very happy.
