A great and positive experience from beginning to end. John, the salesperson, was available at MY convenience and never pushy: he explained as much as I could absorb and then answered questions several times after. The positive communication continued throughout the project, even when we were waiting for permits (Angela would call to say "no news, but we're monitoring and will let you know!). The onsite work was done by polite, well-mannered (no debris left, very friendly, willing to answer questions and made sure we weren't inconvenienced). System has been up for about a month and, because of the monitoring system, I can see what is being generated by our system. VERY GLAD we went with Rooftop and I would HAPPILY recommend them to anyone!
We went solar with 27 panels and couldn't be happier. Rooftop Solar has been attentive to all of our concerns and the system has worked without fail. I would recommend Rooftop Solar for all solar jobs regardless of the size, this company is more than prepared.
The decision to go solar was big for us and we wanted to do it right. Our experience with Rooftop Solar could not have been better. Their staff was knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. The entire project came in on time and on budget which rarely the case with any kind of contractor. Adam and Vanessa were there every step of the way to answer questions and keep us up to date on the progress of our project. Rooftop worked with both APS and the lender which made things so easy for us. We are so proud to be more sustainable and we have already recommended Rooftop Solar to several friends and colleagues.
We had one year anniversary recently & I'd like to list our review of Rooftop Solar. We live in Buckeye near Surprise in over 55 senior community of Sun City Festival. I know there are lots of solar energy companies but we're glad we chose Rooftop Solar. Our sales rep, Michelle was very knowledgeable & never pushy, project manager, Vanessa was helpful. They took care of minor issues after installation when the builder's one year inspection was done. Great customer service & we highly recommend them for solar energy needs. We're saving lots of money for energy bill & really happy with our decision.
I had solar panels and a backup generator installed on my home about 2 years ago. The system was installed flawlessly and works perfectly. All the employees that I have had interactions with at Rooftop Solar have been professional and courteous. The system came in exactly on budget. The backup generator has been a real plus to the system. We have had many power outages in the past two years and the generator starts on its own and we barely know there is an outage. Overall, the system is excellent and I would strongly recommend Rooftop Solar if you are looking for a solar panel system for your home or business.
Rooftop installed a big ground mount solar unit for us. They used their magic box to determine ideal angles and location. Installation was completed last year and I haven't had any issues with it, but have been saving a bundle of $$ by replacing propane and gas (car) by switching cars and appliances to electric. It more than pays for my electric bill.

Recently had our solar installed by Rooftop and even though we are STILL waiting for APS to come and commission the system, we could not be more thrilled with the Rooftop Solar team. From estimators to project managers Adam, Vanessa, Brian, Daniel and Julia to the EXCELLENT, efficient, polite and obsessively neat installation crew lead by Sergio, everyone was focussed on a properly designed, installed, effective and efficient system, not just a 'cash grab'. I can't recommend Rooftop Solar highly enough! If you're looking for solar done right, these are your guys and gals!! (PS - the phots are from BEFORE the roof was repainted - they didn't leave it looking like this!!)
